Perfectguy You’ve probably run into the problem that the sound emitted from your smartphone is rather dull, partly due to the hardware design where stereo speakers are placed on the back of the smartphone. It’s difficult to change this small and frustrating detail and the sound quality on Android sometimes leave much to be desired. There are however a few tricks you could give a try.

Whoever thought that it was a good idea to place the audio output on the back of a phone? Like me, most place the smartphone screen up. Not only that, the volume is often of poor quality anyway. In reality, there is no magic formula to change this disappointing aspect, however there are a few tricks to increase the bass and other details.
To improve sound quality when listening to music
Reinforcing the bass can significantly improve your music listening experience. There is more than one app to solve this problem found in the Google Play Store. One of these is Music Volume EQ.
Music Volume EQ INSTALL
After installing the app, open your favorite song and then launch the app. It will guide you to a widget that takes little time to get used to and soon you’ll find you can’t live without it. It's a pretty simple equalizer that lets you increase or decrease the volume. If you click on the letters EQ you can make all kinds of volume adjustments as you like.

For other general sound improvements
You can improve the sound quality for your overall Android using an app like Volume . Just download it from Google Play Store. I tried the free version, but there is also a full version which costs about 1.50 USD.
Volume FREE INSTALL
Installation is simple, you just have to accept the terms and conditions. Below you will see various options for improving the audio output. Click on 'Speaker Settings'.

You'll come to another screen in which you can ' reprogram ' the maximum volume of your phone. Be careful, some built-in speakers do not tolerate very high volumes. If you use it while wearing headphones, remember that you could harm your ears if the music is too loud. Enable the speaker modifications option and further options are enabled.
Now select the volume you would like in the 'Volume Level' option. Unfortunately, equalizer volume is only available with the paid version, but I would recommend you to try the free first.
Did you notice an improvement to the volume? Do you know of any other ways or apps to increase the audio output of your Android?
